Fight Result – Tyson Fury to win
Suppose we strain as hard as possible to find intrigue. In that case, we can point out that Fury’s current stylistic version is still a bit more comfortable for Chisora than the mobile and virtually indestructible version he twice lost to. After all, as of today, we have two fighters who prefer a forceful confrontation. To offset the danger from Chisora, Fury often uses jab, double jab, and wedge tactics. It is logical to assume that the favorite will wear down his opponent and then knock him out. It will happen in the middle of the fight or so.
Preliminary review and match prediction for Tyson Fury vs Derek Chisora
Tyson Fury:
In the amateur ring, he played for England and Ireland. As a youth, he was a medalist in the World and European Championships and won the EU Championship. After failing to be selected for the 2008 Olympics, he turned to the professionals.
In 2011, he took over the British Champion Title from Chisora (a confident victory by judges’ decision). In 2013, for the first time Fury fought outside of his homeland – in the United States, he easily defeated the former cruiserweight champion, Steve Cunningham, being knocked out during the fight. In 2014, Fury faced Chisora for the second time, fighting for the British, European, and WBO International championship belts. This time Derek capitulated early after 10 one-sided rounds. Fury resumed his career in 2018 and met WBC champion Deontay Wilder after two stoppages. The fight ended in a draw, and the challenger was on the canvas twice. In a 2020 rematch, Fury destroyed Wilder and became the WBC champion for the first time in his career. In 2021 there was their rematch – Tyson was on the canvas twice more but won by knockout. In the spring of 2022, he beat his mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte.

The Zimbabwean-born amateur won the Four Nations tournament and the English Club Championship. In the professionals since 2007. In 2010 he took the British Champion title from Danny Williams. After his first defeat, Fury went for an away fight against top prospect Robert Helenius – was cleanly robbed by the judges. In 2012, he got a chance to fight Vitali Klitschko for the WBC belt. He performed well, but could not take the title away from the veteran. After the loss, he had a scandalous showdown with the ex-champion David Haye, which ended in a head-to-head fight – for the first time in his career he lost by knockout.
In 2020-2021 he lost three fights in a row – to Alexander Usik and (twice) Joseph Parker. In the summer he won the most important victory of his career, taking a rematch with Pulev.
