Jordan Leavitt

Jordan is a 26-year-old American fighter. He started his professional career in 2017. Before joining the UFC, Leavitt played in the regional leagues in the United States, where he spent six fights, winning each of them.

In August 2020, Jordan came to the Dana White’s Contender Series show, where he strangled Luke Flores in the 1st round and signed a contract with the UFC. Leavitt’s debut in the strongest league in the world took place in December 2020 in a fight against Matt Wiman. Jordan finished the opponent in 22 seconds with a devastating slam.

But Jordan failed to start in the UFC with a winning streak. In June 2021, he lost to Carlos Puyoles by unanimous decision. Leavitt’s last fight took place in December of that year. His opponent was Matt Sales. Jordan won by neck twist in the 2nd round.

Trey Ogden

Trey is a 32-year-old American fighter. He started his professional career in 2015. Of the series of promotions in which Ogden has performed, I will single out LFA and Bellator. In Legacy Fighting Alliance, Trey had four fights: 3 won, one lost. In the Scott Cocker promotion, Ogden performed one time and won.

From the opposition of Trey, I will single out two fighters. In the LFA, in September 2017, he faced TJ Brown, a current UFC fighter, and defeated him by choke in the 1st round. In the KCFA league, Trey gave a dilogy with Thomas Gifford, who in 2019 was signed to the strongest league in the world and was fired from there at the end of the year. Both times Ogden lost, falling to the guillotine within a minute.

Trey last fought in November 2021. It was the belt for the vacant Fury FC title. Ogden’s opponent was J.J. Okanovic. Trey chokes him in the 2nd round.

The physical form of fighters

Trey is 5 cm taller than his opponent and outperforms him by 2 cm in arm span. I doubt that a minimal advantage in size will bring him to benefit in a duel. Ogden exits on short notice. In a shortened training camp, the fighter will not prepare appropriately for the performance, negatively affecting his fitness and game plan.

Predictions and Betting

I doubt that short notice Ogden will compete with Jordan Levitt. Levitt has a significant advantage in the stalls if the fighters have approximately equal chances in the standing position. He is more experienced and more skillful than his opponent.

Trey, trying to take a dominant position on the ground as quickly as possible, makes mistakes. On this, Jordan will catch him. And if Levitt fails to perform a painful hold, he will at least carry out a sweep and control the opponent until the end of the fight, gaining points.
