Ralph Topping

Ralph Topping joined William Hill in 1973, working on Saturdays in Glasgow office. There he was promoted to personnel manager before becoming a regional director in Scotland. Since 1998, he held key positions at the head office of WH. He was director of the Internet section, since 2002 he was the head of retail operations. From 2007 to 2014 Topping was chief operations officer, and since 2008 he also was chief executive director of the bookmaker. After working 41 years for the company Topping retired in July 2014.
